Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LuckPKR platform — whether through a web browser, mobile device or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This applies whether you are a registered account holder or simply browsing the LuckPKR website without a registered account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using LuckPKR immediately and must not create an account or place any bets. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

LuckPKR reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. We will notify active players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

2Eligibility

To register and use LuckPKR you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity.
• You are accessing LuckPKR from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable laws.
• You are not a current or former employee of LuckPKR, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded from LuckPKR under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming request.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person when registering or placing bets.

LuckPKR may require you to provide documentation to verify your age and identity at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement, or a selfie with your identity document. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in your account being suspended and any pending withdrawals being withheld until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each eligible person is permitted to hold exactly one account on LuckPKR. Registering more than one account — whether using a different phone number, email address, payment method or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering on LuckPKR you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You must not use a false identity, use another person's identity or provide misleading information at any point during the registration process or afterwards.

You are solely responsible for keeping your LuckPKR account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. LuckPKR will not be responsible for any losses arising from another person accessing your account with your login details. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact LuckPKR support at support@luckpkr.ws immediately.

• You must not share your account login with any other person for any reason.
• Your registered mobile number must remain active and accessible — LuckPKR uses it for verification.
• All contact information on your account must remain current — update it promptly if anything changes.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to close dormant accounts that have had no activity for 12 consecutive months after providing reasonable notice.

4Deposits and Payments

All deposits on LuckPKR are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. LuckPKR currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your LuckPKR balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. LuckPKR does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with your provider.

• You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name.
• LuckPKR will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the account holder's name must match.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes or deliberate reversal of deposits are considered fraud and will result in account closure and legal referral where applicable.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to request proof of your payment method at any time for security verification.

5Withdrawals

LuckPKR processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. In some cases, LuckPKR may require additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal — particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount on LuckPKR. LuckPKR does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers typically complete within a few hours. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays and during periods of unusually high withdrawal volume.

• Only funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals are processed to accounts in your own name only.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 5 business days for fraud prevention and compliance checks without prior notice.
• In the event of a suspected breach of these terms, LuckPKR may freeze a pending withdrawal while an investigation is conducted.
• If an account is closed for any reason, pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will still be processed after any necessary verification is completed.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on LuckPKR are subject to the specific settlement rules for each market, which are available within the platform. The following general rules apply across all LuckPKR sports betting markets:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once the LuckPKR system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after this point.
• The minimum stake for any single bet on LuckPKR is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, LuckPKR will void all bets on that event and return stakes in full.
• In the event of an error in the display of odds — including obvious pricing errors — LuckPKR reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will act quickly and communicate any such decision clearly.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts on any single bet or accumulator. These limits are communicated in the relevant market rules and may vary by sport and competition.
• All match results are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. LuckPKR uses a 90-minute result (plus injury time) for football, and the official result at the close of play for cricket, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

7Bonuses and Promotions

LuckPKR periodically offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback and other promotional incentives to players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all LuckPKR bonuses:

• Bonuses can only be claimed by eligible registered players who have verified their identity and made a qualifying deposit as specified in the offer.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each offer and are counted in PKR.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe an offer has been abused or exploited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• LuckPKR reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively wagering through an offer will be given reasonable notice of any change.

The LuckPKR refer-a-friend programme is subject to its own detailed terms available on the relevant programme page. Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred player completes a qualifying deposit and the referring player's account is in good standing.

8Crash Games and Virtual Sports

LuckPKR's crash game titles — including Aviator and other games in the crash lobby — use provably fair technology. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic seed before bets are placed, and this seed can be verified by any player at the conclusion of each round. LuckPKR does not manipulate crash game outcomes in any way.

• Crash game rounds are self-contained — once a round begins and bets are locked, no further bets can be placed until the next round opens.
• Technical disconnections during a crash game round do not automatically entitle a player to a refund. LuckPKR's servers log the state of your bet at all times, and if you were cashed out automatically by our system before the crash your return will be credited accordingly.
• Virtual sports results on LuckPKR are generated by a certified random number generator and are entirely independent of real-world sporting outcomes. Virtual sports betting is entertainment-based and past virtual results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• LuckPKR poker games use industry-standard shuffling and dealing algorithms. LuckPKR does not have access to any player's hole cards and the dealing system is not influenced by any commercial outcome.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on LuckPKR and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, navigate the platform or exploit any feature of LuckPKR.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any such activity must be reported to support@luckpkr.ws immediately.
• Engaging in match fixing, insider information betting or any other form of sports fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or to process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game format to manipulate outcomes.
• Making deposits with payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or initiating chargebacks after funds have been used for betting.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including using a fake CNIC or identity document.

10Account Suspension and Closure

LuckPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected on the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, LuckPKR reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the balance is found to be the result of legitimate play unrelated to the breach, it will be returned via the original deposit method after investigation is complete. Funds that are the direct result of prohibited conduct will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@luckpkr.ws. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks.

11Privacy and Data

LuckPKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By agreeing to these terms you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

LuckPKR uses the personal information you provide — including your name, CNIC number, mobile number, email address and payment details — for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and the delivery of our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• LuckPKR may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required.
• All data stored by LuckPKR is secured using industry-standard encryption and access control measures.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data LuckPKR holds about you by contacting support@luckpkr.ws.

12Responsible Gaming

LuckPKR is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their activity on the platform. We take this commitment seriously — not as a regulatory requirement but because we genuinely care about the wellbeing of everyone who plays on LuckPKR.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered LuckPKR players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days to take effect to provide a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits — Set a maximum daily or weekly loss threshold. Once reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — Set a timer that notifies you after a specified amount of continuous play time.
• Cool-Off Period — Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period your account remains open but betting is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently close your account to all LuckPKR services for a minimum of 6 months. This cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13Limitation of Liability

LuckPKR provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• LuckPKR will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, delayed bet confirmations or any interruption to service caused by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity issues on your end.
• LuckPKR's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• LuckPKR will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of earnings or opportunity costs.
• The outcome of bets placed on LuckPKR is governed by the relevant rules and the specific market terms. We are not liable for any betting losses, which are a normal and inherent part of wagering.

14Changes to These Terms

LuckPKR reserves the right to update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or via a notification when they next log in to LuckPKR. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated in the notice. By continuing to use LuckPKR after a change is published, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via support@luckpkr.ws.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed about any updates. Significant changes will always be communicated proactively — minor corrections to language or formatting may be made without separate notification.
