Yes — creating a LuckPKR account is completely free. There is no registration fee, no monthly charge and no cost just to have an account. The only money involved is what you choose to deposit for betting, which starts at a minimum of Rs 200.
No. LuckPKR allows exactly one account per person. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including to claim the welcome bonus more than once — is against our Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently closed. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@luckpkr.ws to recover it rather than registering again.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on LuckPKR. This is a firm requirement — not a guideline. We verify age through CNIC cross-checks as part of our KYC process. Any account confirmed to belong to a player under 18 is permanently closed immediately and funds are returned.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your LuckPKR account, go to Settings and select Verify Identity. Upload a clear photo of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back — and a selfie holding the CNIC. Our team reviews documents and most verifications are approved within a few hours. Completing KYC early means your first withdrawal is processed without any delay.
Log in to your LuckPKR account and go to Account Settings. You can update your email address, mobile number and notification preferences from there. Your legal name and date of birth cannot be changed through settings — these are fixed at registration and used for identity verification. If there is a genuine error in your name or date of birth, contact support@luckpkr.ws with your CNIC for assisted correction.
If you wish to permanently close your LuckPKR account, email support@luckpkr.ws from your registered email address and request account closure. Before closing, ensure you have withdrawn your full PKR balance. If you are considering closure because of a problem with your gambling, we encourage you to first consider our self-exclusion or cool-off tools — available in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. These may be a better option than permanent closure.
Deposits & Payments

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversions and no exchange rate surprises. The minimum deposit on LuckPKR is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by LuckPKR at the platform level, though individual payment providers such as Easypaisa and JazzCash may have their own per-transaction or daily limits that apply separately.
Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your LuckPKR balance within seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits also arrive very quickly — usually under a minute. Bank IBFT transfers can take between a few minutes and a few hours depending on your bank. If a deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact support@luckpkr.ws with your transaction reference number.
LuckPKR does not charge any deposit fees on its side. The amount you deposit is exactly what arrives in your LuckPKR balance. Your own payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their standard transaction charges — check with them for any such fees before depositing.
No. LuckPKR requires that the payment account used for deposits is registered in the same name as your LuckPKR account. Using a third party's mobile wallet or bank account is against our terms and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being flagged for review. This rule protects you and other players from fraud.
Wait up to 2 hours as bank IBFT transfers can sometimes take this long. If the deposit still has not appeared, gather your transaction confirmation (screenshot or reference number from Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank) and email support@luckpkr.ws with the details. Our payments team investigates missing deposits promptly and will either credit your balance or arrange a refund to your payment account.
Yes — and we actively encourage it. Log in to your LuckPKR account, go to Settings and select Responsible Gaming. From there you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once you hit your limit, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before they activate. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on your bank. Withdrawals requested during peak hours may occasionally take a little longer. If your withdrawal has not arrived after 24 hours, contact support@luckpkr.ws with your withdrawal reference.
The minimum withdrawal on LuckPKR is Rs 500. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit at the platform level, though withdrawal amounts and processing may vary depending on your account verification status and the payment method selected. For very large withdrawals, our finance team may contact you for additional verification as a security measure.
The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay on LuckPKR are: incomplete KYC verification, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, the withdrawal account name not matching your LuckPKR account name, or a security review triggered by unusual activity. Check your account notifications first — LuckPKR will usually flag the specific reason. If nothing is clear, email support@luckpkr.ws with your withdrawal reference number.
LuckPKR does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. The full amount you request is sent to your payment account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — check with them for details. LuckPKR will always show you the exact amount being sent before you confirm a withdrawal request.

Yes — LuckPKR has a full live in-play betting section for cricket and football. Odds update ball by ball during cricket matches and minute by minute during football games. Live betting is available on most major matches and tournaments. You can access the live betting section through your LuckPKR account once you are logged in.
The minimum bet on LuckPKR's sports betting markets is Rs 50. This applies to both pre-match and in-play bets. The minimum stake for virtual sports is also Rs 50. Casino games and crash games have their own minimum bet levels, which are shown in the game interface before you start.
LuckPKR displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most straightforward. A decimal odd of 2.50 means you get Rs 2.50 back for every Rs 1 you bet — including your stake. So a Rs 1,000 bet at 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 if it wins (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake). Yes — LuckPKR supports accumulator bets (also called combo or parlay bets). You add multiple selections to your bet slip and the potential payout multiplies across each leg. Accumulators offer higher returns but all selections must win for the bet to pay out. The bet slip on LuckPKR shows you the combined odds and potential payout in PKR before you confirm.
If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets placed on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your LuckPKR balance. If a match is abandoned after a sufficient number of overs or minutes have been played (as defined in our settlement rules), markets that have enough data to settle may be graded. We use industry-standard fraud detection, two-factor authentication and KYC identity verification. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Your payment details are stored using tokenisation — the actual card or wallet number is never stored in plain text on our systems.
Log in to LuckPKR, go to Account Settings and open the Security section. Toggle on two-factor authentication and select SMS OTP as your method. Verify your Pakistani mobile number if not already done. With 2FA active, every login from a new device will require a one-time PIN sent to your mobile — significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access even if someone obtains your password.
Change your password immediately using the Forgot Password option on the login page. Then email support@luckpkr.ws to report the suspected unauthorised access. Our security team will review your login history, place a temporary hold on your account if necessary and assist you with securing it. If any unauthorised withdrawals occurred, include that information in your email — we will investigate fully.
Never. LuckPKR will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone or any other channel. If you receive any message — including one that appears to come from LuckPKR — asking for your login credentials or payment details, it is not from us. Do not respond and report it to support@luckpkr.ws immediately. This is a phishing attempt and should be treated as such.
LuckPKR collects and stores only the personal data necessary to operate your account and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties or used for any purpose other than operating your LuckPKR account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period — regardless of any requests to support. During self-exclusion your account is fully suspended and you will receive no promotional communications from LuckPKR.
Deposit limit reductions and cool-off periods cannot be reversed once set. This is by design — the tools work precisely because they cannot be undone in the heat of the moment. A deposit limit increase can be requested, but it will not take effect for 7 days, giving you time to reconsider. Cool-off periods run their full duration with no exceptions.
